I have just laid a lawn 25th of august I would be grateful if you could advise me on the right autumn dressing the product I found in the garden centre said for lawns over three months old

You do not need and should not apply a dressing for autumn on a lawn so new. Hopefully, you put something like Growmore beneath the turves before laying them, but whether you did or didn't, don't feed before next spring, it just needs to be kept well watered till November.
