« when is best time to plant, tanacetum niveum and where is should it be planted?
Dianthus mostly like full sun in well drained soil with a few exceptions.
Dianthus chinensis though technically a perennial is normally grown as an annual as it flowers quite quickly from seed and tends to lose vigour after the first season.
