Hi Guest growing in sacks is not nearly as easy as growing in the ground. In addition there seems to be a lot of top growth on all the potatoes this year. Given that your are in a sack and can't be earthed up any more you can either stake the foliage or simply let it flop. Remember that the potatoes will require a lot of water. If the are early varieties you can harvest 12 - 13 weeks after planting - main crop will need around 17 weeks.
