Last year I collected seeds from a variety of colours of Petunias. They germinated successfully this year and are just flowering - and every one of them is white! Are the seeds of white Petunias stronger? Or do they convert to white after flowering for the first time? They are lovely ..... but I wanted more colour in my garden!

I suspect they are the recessive gene and as a result they have come through now. They wont be 'stronger' because if they were they would have been white last year. It is a shame they are all white but at least they grew.
