at this time of year the damage to leaves is not really a worry. is the middle one an oak? does it have flat raised circles like sequins on the under side. if yes then its a spangle gall and is the plants response to being nibbled by a small wasp. again not a lot can be done for it.
what is the third plant? is it evergreen and if yes then it looks like it has a magnesium deficiency. Give it a teaspoon of Epson salts [Magnesium sulphate] in 1/2 gallon of water.

The spots on the first leaf don't look like anything much to worry about given the time of year, the second picture is out of focus, can't tell what tree it is, and the third pic shows a plant (what is it?) that just might have a viral infection, so long as its not supposed to have yellow variegated leaves.
