Are you feeding?

This is a cherry type tomato and is indeterminate so should be grown as a cordon. When you say it has stopped growing, do you mean that neither the main stem nor the sideshoots are developing? That would be very strange at this time of year when sideshoots alone seem to grow several inches in a couple of days! Is your tomato in a small pot or a growbag?
As MG says, try giving more water in which you have dissolved a good tomato feed (but not an overdose, as that is as bad for the plant as too little.)

Okay, how big are the pots, where are they and what is the temperature where they are? Once the first truss on a tomato plant has set you really do need to feed as Bertie has described.

growing in 24 x 18 inch hard plastic boxes in a greenhouse temperature is usually about 18 to 20 degrees used the same method last year with great sucess although i did feed from day one of planting

Well the containers are big enough... think it is the lack of feeding! Or the soil they are planted in is not good enough.
