My roses are still flowering, when do I need to prune them back?

Thanks guys, as they're still budding I'll let them go until they've finished. Doesn't sound like I can do too much damage either way.

Depends on the variety of rose - ramblers should be done in September, climbers and bush roses in late February, early March, though long growths can be removed now to prevent possible wind rock. Some people just cut them all down in autumn because they think its tidier - the roses still survive, though not necessarily in a shapely manner.
