I have planted what i thought was a runner beans but i now think they are a sort of French Bean it is called Boletta bean supreme any ideas on the cooking of theese

I've sown Borlotti beans for the first time this year. If they grow properly I intend to leave the pods on the plant to dry out and to then keep the dried beans to use in stews etc over the winter.
