this is probably due to insect damage and nothing to worry about. other flowers should develop normally.

Don't worry, this is just a characteristic of this type of variety. We have several varieties which produce flowers like this and it doesn't hinder fruit formation at all. It seems to happen with the large fruited beefsteak types.
