my garden is a jungle with trees 20 -30 foot high weeds to the same height can you give me advise on the best way to plan and execute the clearing and recovery of said gaden

Contact a tree surgeon - most will have a crew available for removing trees and any woody plants, also removing the roots with a stump grinder if you wish. Soft weeds they won't touch, but those you can do yourself, when you dig.
