I'd stop feeding them for a start, they've had enough of that for one year. It occurs to me now to wonder which rose it is - there are one or two climbers which flower very early in the year, and if its one of those, you wouldn't get flowers now.

oh no, i have a rose i had to cut back in march so the gents could get round the back. It was just 5 or six really long branches then. I cut it back to a foot tall, now over the past few months its gone mad! I had to buy/ build a a trellis for it to grow up as i didnt want to cut anymore off it! No buds yet tho either : ( i haven't fed it any thing but it's lovely and green.
