Hosta Pizzazz. Is anyone growing this hosta? It's one of this month's Gardeners' World offers but I'm a bit confused by the picture they show. GW web page shows a fairly slender, very white leaf with a green rim but all the other images I've found of this hosta the leaves are quite round green with white rim. Unlike most people I grow Hostas mostly for their flowers - i like the different leaves but look at the flowers first.

Ooh that's a dangerous site! But it shows Pizzazz as a big round leaf with a cream/white border. Might have to contact GW about their offer (Thompson & Morgan plants which may explain it)

Still waiting for an answer from T&M. Ordered them for the sake of £5.65 - something might grow!
and I'll spend the holidays drooling over the Mickfield site to find the white flowered varieties.

Snap! I wanted white flowered ones when I first went on that site too! :)) For my white garden.

Take a look/sniff at some of the fragrant ones like Fragrant Bouquet and Cathedral Windows. They may not fill the air like roses do - you have to get up close but they are gorgeous and I think the flowers are every bit as lovely as lilies.

Some of them are, you're right. I'll have a look...but it's a bit risky...I just bought four more roses from DA...even though the rain usually ruins them!! lol!
