how do you get more flowers on jasmin officinale?

It flowers on short side shoots of older (one-two year old) stems so don't be too ready to prune. If possible, tie in as many shoots into a horizontal position to fan it out. This is probably best done in late autumn/winter. Shoots that are horizontal tend to be more productive than shoots going straight up as this initiates many more side shoots.
One other question for you, is it in a container or open ground and is it in full sun?
