Horsepooh.
I fetched 6 bags of the stuff this morning but it was pretty fresh. My large " Dalek- shaped" compost bin is only 1/8 full and won't need emptying for at least a year, can I put some in here or is it best stored as a heap in the open ( or covered ? Thanks.

Hi Hank, I would keep it seperate from your garden compost, in a seperate heap, and covered to keep the heat in, Derek.

I meant horse manure of course. Still in bags awaiting a decision. Hope someone can assist.
