Can anyone please identify this plant : Grows on You

Can anyone please identify this plant. Sorry that the photo is a little blurred. It was taken on my phone. My dad's neighbour found it growing and asked if I knew what it was. I have looked through wild flower books to no avail, other than it looks a little like the wild orchid. The flower is orchid-like but the foliage doesn't seem to match the one in my book. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
