Hi I am looking for something evergreen that grows about 4to5 inches high for raised beds but not grass or chamomile please help

I've a prostrate Rosemay that may work if theres good drainage ald some of the dwarf dianthus maybe

Ajuga, euphorbia myrsinites, vinca, prostrate juniper are all low growing and evergreen.
