Hi I am looking for something evergreen that grows about 4to5 inches high for raised beds but not grass or chamomile please help

Box is the traditional formal edging plant. It can be kept pretty small but would need to be trimmed regularly.

I've a prostrate Rosemay that may work if theres good drainage ald some of the dwarf dianthus maybe

Ajuga, euphorbia myrsinites, vinca, prostrate juniper are all low growing and evergreen.
