what is this plant?

I'd agree, it's a Salix babylonica 'Tortuosa'

Thanks all of yous. I had a closer look at the leaves and compared it with pic results on google for Salix babylonica 'Tortuosa' and they look quite similar.

It looks like it could be a twisted willow, Aimankay.
