Help! my white rose bush (don't know what type) was pruned lightly in October but started to bud in December and is now in bloom. Blooms are smaller than normal but quite plentiful. It usually flowers June time.
What should I do? prune again and hope for flowers in June/July or leave it.

Do you have it indoors or under glass? If it is outside it must be a very confused little plant!

I wouldn't worry my climbing iceberg is still flowering now. It will get another prune late march and it will flower as normal. the same will go for yours. when you dead head the spent flowers it will send up more shoots so you 'll get more flowers. especially if you get some frosts. thanks all for replying. I am in Watford Herts. The rose is up against a garden wall but the flowers are above the wall so out in the open.
I will do as Seaburngirl says and prune it late March. It is
a mature rose about 7 years old. This is the first time that
it has flowered in winter.
Many thanks

You confused it by pruning it in October - the mild weather back around then would have added to the the confusion. It will be putting too much energy now into flowering when it really should be resting.

I have always pruned it in October but never has flowered this time of year. The mild weather has obviously had something to do with it.
Will prune very lightly in March as previous reply has said and hope for the best. Will give it some fertilizer to help it on its way when I prune.
Many thanks
