I planted a goji berry plant last year, and it has grown well, and survived the winter with no problem. Although quite big now, there is no sign of any flower so what should I do ?

Google goji berry - there's instructions somewhere there for pruning, which is something it needs doing to it. I seem to recall there were two methods, both of which are described, but I do recall one of them is just to hack the thing back once it gets to 8 feet, but the other method was better because it enables picking of the fruit more easily. Pruning properly encourages more fruit to form.
