I left my seed potatoes in a bag for too long and some of them now have long white shoots. Should I remove these or leave them?

Answers
Then stand them in a tray or egg boxes in a good light out of direct sun and in a cool place. The new shoots will be green and stocky.

Leave 2 or 3 of the shoots per potato and plant....they should be fine
