Hi have gazania growing in fibre pots which are going mouldy

sounds like you might be overwatering and the pots are just permanently wet. Fibre pots make it easier to transplant seedlings/cuttings as they grow into plugs but you have to strike the balance with water as the fibre itself is an excellent organic material - just compacted compost really.
