Hello, does anyone know anything about climber Bignonia which is similar to climber Campsis? It may not able to be grown outside in the UK as I have only found info on it on US websites?! Thanks.

It's only frost hardy, which means you might lose it in a chilly winter, and definitely would lose it in a hard winter. Needs to be planted against a warm wall, preferably in a sheltered, south facing garden, and is more likely to survive in warmer parts of the country.

Thanks Steragram & Bamboo for your very helpful info. Our house is sth west facing at the back so I shall have to decide where I could plant a Bignonia when I track one down! Thanks again.

Its stocked by the Bunkers Hill nursery in Oxford so might be worth having a word with them.
