Help!! My Magnolia is dying...
I just returned from a month-long holiday, only to find my magnolia, which I planted last year in April, looking totally dead.It flowered this spring, and after that developed several buds and new leaves on each branch. It was looking totally fine before I left. When we returned yesterday all the shoots and leaves were dead (still attached to the tree), there is not a speck of green on the magnolia. I don't know what to do - I scratched a little on the bark of a branch and it seems there is still life in the branches. Help!!!!

Water, water, water, the poor thing probably needs a good drink!
If oyu only planted it last year, it's probably still establishing itself and will still have fairly close roots.
