Can you explain your question with some more detail , you will probably get a better answer

If its for plant support? - I tried netting an arch once for clematis to cling to.
Found it impossible to manage once the plant grows and pruning/removing old growth tears the netting and it sags/rips with the weight. Better to tie the plant in as it grows across wires if the arch has no cross struts which mine didnt.
