Mine was growing very strongly in the greenhouse - planted it outside ( after hardening it off first to get used to outside) ... stems around 2 foot high - a couple of days later - stem was stripped bare of everything !! hedgehog perhaps ??

this is the same photograph posted with another question about a palm tree - is this the right photo Razza, cos I'm damned if I can see anything even vaguely resembling a passionflower there.

The main stem in the photo doesn't look like the passion flowers I know, but maybe it's just the photograph. Usually passiflora caerulea comes up everywhere and even sends underground roots which grow feet away from the plant, so I can't understand what is happening with yours. I'd say if you just leave it until it's larger then it will spread. If it's already very large, just cut it back and that will encourage more stems near the base.
