Hi I have a 3 year Grape Vine I don't think I have cut it back far enough is it to late now, as it is grown a lot

It isn't advisable to prune it now as it will loose a lot of sap [bleed] and then there is a greater risk of infection getting in. Put up with it this year then prune harder next winter.
