Weed or not?

Yet another question - Every year I pull these out ? weeds....but is it a weed or not I wonder.

Looks to me like Rosebay willowherb - it's pretty, but invasive.

Pretty, yes, but it is rosebay willowherb and should be removed before it sets seed.

I left it as i didnt really know what it was and no i have seedlings yearly! eveil stuff! Seeds blow in the wind too

The same family 'Onagraceae' shame you have the invasive one.

I have the white Gaura corries gold which I love I was going to get some others not so sure now?

Thank you all very much. I had a feeling it seeded too easily to be anything else but a weed - however, this year when I left a few to flower I thought it was very pretty. I've now read all about the Onagraceae family, better kown as the Evening Promrose family-Luckily at the moment it is contained in one part of the garden at the side of the greenhouse so first dry day and it will go in the bin.
I also read up on Gauras and they come in some lovely forms - I will definitely get some of those! I think you should get some more Drc. Gaura 'lollipop pink' looks nice.
