What is at my young (8yrs old) cherry tree ?
It had good blossom , the fruit is set , but the leaves were curled at the end of each branch today ! Upon inspection , these things . I have picked all the tips , so I hope that I have got everything .
Is it leaf-curl ( whatever that is ) and what to do about it , please?

Its Cherry Blackfly or Cherry Aphid, an infestation which causes twisting and curling of foliage - the RHS has a page on this, including what to treat with, so google Cherry Blackfly and select their page.
