I've got ginko biloba everton broom. Thought it had died but new growth coming, is it too tender for North East Fife, Scotland?

Thanks Andrewr. It all disappeared this winter which was mild and nearly threw it out but new growth coming now.

Ginkgo biloba is hardy to USA Zone 3 - that's -40C. I guess even Scotland doesn't get that cold? Everton is only a piece propagated from a witch's broom and should tolerate the same amount of cold.
