We have an Evergreen Jasmine which is a substantial plant in a pot outside, but the leaves are dropping .What's happening to it?
Is it too much water or too little?

Assuming you have drainage in the pot and it isn't blocked, I think you can assume its suffering from drought. If its been in the same pot for a while, then the roots will have filled the pot, leaving little compost to hold any water for the plant to use, thus meaning it dries out much quicker and needs watering much more often.
