Hi I live in the Scottish Borders where it can be cold in the spring, and I have problems getting seeds to germinate and keep growing. I am thinking of getting a heated propergator or a heated pad. Which do you think would be best. Thanks

Remember that when you have germinated seeds and potted on, they will need to grow on in some kind of heated greenhouse or polytunnel.
Best to wait until April.

I use a heated propagator unfortunately its not possible to adjust the temperature on the model I have if you can afford it go for a thermostatically controlled model not sure about a heated mat have never used one.
