My Wisteria now five years old has developed pale albino patches on th leaves. Does this indicate an element deficiency and if so, which one and what might the cure be. It had its first three flowers this year and we do not want to get more 'top' growth but we do want more flowers next year.

This may just be a powdery mildew try a fungal treatment and hopefully it will respond if not it may prove to be viral which I tend to think it is going by the light colour?

Looks like leaf miner - a bug inside the leaves is feeding on the leaf. Cut off and discard the affected leaves before it spreads.
