Plumbago. No not hardy here but makes a nice conservatory plant.

Yes, plumbago very lovely but sticky too.

Definitely Plumbago. I have seen it growing outside in a very sheltered area against a warm wall. It was in a pot - so it could be placed under shelter in prolonged cold periods.

Yes Plumbago.capensis I have it in bloom now. I bring it into greenhouse every winter, you can cut it back to fit it into pot and it flowers on new wood.
