Help! I sowed some lupin and aquilegia seeds a while ago and the seedlings have appeared.(I'd forgotten about them to be honest) Do I pot them on now or plant them out and what are chances of them flowering next year? Thank you.

Yes, pot them up and grow them on. They may take another growing season to flower though.
