Can someone please help. I am growing corzettes
and they are doing quite well but the leaves are huge.
Can I cut them?

Why would you want to? They are what the plant uses for photosynthesis. Have you been using a high nitrogen fertiliser? this will cause leaf growth at the expense of fruit so try changing to tomato fertiliser which is high potash and lower nitrogen.
