Hello, I had two conifers in front of my summer house/shed. Sadly one of them burnt. I am sad but just need help what to do next? I know it won't revive. Should I cut it or what??

Remove it. It's a fire hazard - and they really go up.

Yes! It's definitely a gonna, cut it right down and get the root out, such a shame as it looks like a lot of work has been done to get it that shape.

Remove it altogether, roots and all, if you can, otherwise, just cut it right at the base, where it meets the ground and dispose of the top.
