Probably Petty Spurge (Euphorbia peplus). Does it have a round seed pod growing in the middle of the 'flowering' bits, divided into three segments?
I have them grow in various place and quite like them.
But according to the book they are poisonous to horses and cattle because of the milky white juice inside the stems. This like all Euphorbias can also be an irritant to humans, but that's not a reason to yank it up - if you like it, leave it!

It's Caper Spurge, Euphorbia lathyrus. E. peplus is much smaller. It's supposed to be a mole deterrent!

Thanks Landgirl for putting me right. When I looked it up the E.peplus said it grew to 1 ft. which I thought strange, because the ones I have are much bigger! See.. we all learn something new every day. All we have to do now is remember it!
