How do u take off the dead flowers on roses so that they flower again

I just clip the dead one off and - and new ones grow in other places -- I'm into my second flush now

Look down the stem that has flowered until you see an outward facing bud where an outward facing leaf joins the stem. it will be most likely very tiny, just a tiny pinkish little lump. Cut the stem above this.
