My Mock Orange looked a bit leggy, is the a way of pruning it for when it flowers.

Prune after it has finished flowering, removing the older wood back to new growths, as far down as you can find them. You can cut out right to the base about a third of the oldest branches to encourage new growth from low down. By doing that you will have replaced all the older leggy growths within three years.
