I haven't been looking after my fruit trees properely lately due to illness. A gardener I had, did not prune them correctly. I am having them pruned correctly this year. (These are supposed to be miniature trees) The apricot tree the leaves are dying I thought it wasn't getter enough water. also I want to know when to spray I have bought I have bought Garlic Wonder Fruit Tree Care. Thank you

Can't comment on the apricot tree - leaves dying might mean its short of water, or it might mean something else if it has other symptoms.
As for when to spray, you only need to spray to treat for specific problems when they arrive, using the appropriate treatment for whatever the problem is, or treating for something that you know will recur the following year, again with a problem-specific treatment. Spraying when there's nothing wrong isn't necessary.
