Anyone recognise this please? I don't remember planting it. Ever so attractive, aromatic foliage and tiny almost navy blue flowers. about 8-10" tall.

Karen, my first thought was Salvia x superba ... Sage.

Hyssopus officinalis or hyssop possibly.
It's Lamiaceae like sage.
