I have two new cordylines one has stayed really healthy, the bottom leaves on the other one are droopy, not sure if I should remove them or not

There was an identical question to this recently. The advice was to remove the wilted leaves by pulling them or cutting them off, and remember that your cordylines are going to grow into trees eventually, so the lower leaves are bound to fall off at some point to leave a bare trunk.
