I have mould on a pot grown hydranga I have pruned it back can I water it with Jeyes fluid

Mould? Do you mean powdery mildew (white, fluffy spots or patches), or black mould? I'd be reluctant to recommend any treatment without knowing precisely what the problem was. Which variety of Hydrangea anyway?
