hi everybody, concerns tomatoes been growing them for years in greenhouse this year they are green seem to be unwilling to ripen any body else in this position any ideas?

They may not, we've had a cooler than usual summer, and today is supposed to be last sunny day for a while - without the sun and warmth, they may not ripen. And you're not the only one with this problem, Fraserstuart, not this year anyway, a scroll back through recent questions will tell you that.
Its fingers crossed, or putting several ripe bananas in the greenhouse near the fruits, or lots of green chutney making later on...

Isn't that the idea of a "green house" to keep them warm? Strange weather in the UK?

Yes - but they really need sun, Bathgate, and that's been in short supply this month.
