I have 3 peonies that I planted 2 years ago, none of them have put on much growth if any since they were planted. Should I move them this autumn.

Answers
The best time to do this is immediately after the foliage has died down. Paeonies start into growth underground very early in the spring, so the sooner it gets done after they go dormant the better.

You may have planted them too deeply. Try replanting more shallowly perhaps.
