what a waist my pear tree is loaded with fruit but the tree is covered in black spot which has got in the pears how can i improove for next year

Photographs would have been useful. Hard to say what the problem is from the assortment that's available - could be Pear Scab, or the tree could have aphid or scale infestation and sooty mould has arrived because of it
