i have a pear tree loaded with fruit but the tree has every leaf covered in black spot which has ot into the pears making unfit to eat what can i do to put in good stead for next year

I agree but a photo would help decide if the black spot is the fungus and some other cause.

Prune so that there is good airflow through the tree. Spray with a fungicide if you use chemicals, or try Copper sulphate which is more organic.
As long as the Black spot is only on the skin of the pears you can still peel and eat them.
