Firstly remove them from the plastic bags which will cause them to sweat. Do you just have the round pea like seeds in the bags or the whole pod? If the whole pod these need to be hung up to dry prior to podding and saving the seeds in paper bags. As the lupins have been naturally pollenated there is nothing to be gained by keeping the seeds for the different plants separate as there is no way of knowing which colour the flowers of the new lupins will be.
