Errr! :o)) Any idea what this is?, I think it may be some sort of fungus but not sure. I took the pic while I was at "Glencoe Lochen" in Scotland, it was growing on a rock.

Thanks for your help, I have since looked up Lichen & found its called " British Soldier Lichen, Cladonia cristatella " the red colour is supposed to be like our British Soldier's Caps :o))
