Hi Guest. Summer prune any extensions beyond the fruit back to 3-4 leaf leaf axils around this time of the year. This allows fruit to develope better. In February keep the tree in shape by pruning out any unwanted side shoots. Try to keep the tree compact. You may also need to limit height ,as they can get so tall you can't reach the fruit or easily thin the fruit out to stop bi-annual bearing.
